Am in a bad place with my depression right now and am feeling all alone... Do not really feel like keeping my appointment with T tomorrow - feel like just giving up - hate being in this place...

You know what I'm going to say, right? Keep the appointment and tell T all about it. The only way sometimes is through, but it sucks I know...
Thanks for this!

((((Butterflies)))) not alone
During these dark times, most important to go to T.
You can make it the one thing you do...you dont have to do anything other than that

When you don't want to go to therapy this is the most important time to go.

Don't give up.. Please go see your T tomorrow. You can get through this.

I apologize for not posting for so long...
I was in a pretty deep biochemical depression - finally reached my doctor and am starting to feel better today. My T has been a huge support and so has PC!

I know it doesn't seem like it but eventually it will get better- and look- you are not alone. You have all of us here thinking of you and concerned about you.

Better today - the medication increase helped. Although I do not like going through this, it sure gives me more compassion for others - I know other people struggle with different(and similar) issues as well.
