I can't take it anymore. I emailed boss, told him I got halfway through what I'm supposed to do and promised I'd finish it Tuesday morning. My neck hurts, my head hurts, and my right hand has gone numb.

Yes, I know. Big whiny baby.

ACTUALLY....McD's nuggets have only 25 ingredients, and BK nuggets have 35...so, Wendy's are right in the middle.

And nuggets are better than a cheeseburger.

Can you get a salad on the side at least?

I was going to say, aren't the Mcdonald's salads mostly iceberg lettuce anyhow? Wikid always tells us to eat our dark greens, right?

Dark greens? That's raw spinach right? One of the few healthy things I love.

OMG...I have to get out of my head. I went by the chiropractor on the way home, but they were closed. My neck hurts really badly. I've been trying to take less Vicodin, but I think I'm going to have to break down and have one.

See y'all later on.

Just got a call from the background check dept at my new job. Eekers, one of my previous employers tried to trip me up!! Grr. They said I wasn't a supervisor I was a Lead. Ugh, I should of known that would get me. When I first got promoted to the position it was called "supervisor" and then at some point before I left the company, they downgraded everyone's titles and I couldn't remember what they called us. LOL so I just put "supervisor" on my resume since the job itself didn't change, just the title. I explained that to the background check person that called me, she said it should be ok, I hope so. I don't want them to think I lied right off the bat, for heaven's sake!! Man. That scared me a little.

Awww wiki, can I un thank you for this?
Actually I worked at McDs for a time and so I'm very aware of the unhealthiness of the "healthy" part of the menu. I used to snicker at people's orders a lot. Like "can i get a double big mac meal large sized (we don't have super sized in Canada) with a large diet coke and 2 apple pies?" yep...that diet coke is going to fix it all
That calorie equivalent part really freaks me out. Yuck!

I worked for awhile many years ago at Jack in the Box, and remember being totally grossed out by how they made their tacos. And people bought TONS of them when they were on sale. They pulled the entire thing out of the freezer meat and all, and dropped them into the fryer. Yuck. I have not eaten at a jack in the box since. LOL

the darker the color of a vegetable the healthier. For instance a sweet potatoes instead of white. The colorful fruits and veggies give you those important A, K and C vitamins.

Spinach is in the top 5 healthiest veggies it's got like everything you need in it. You can also grab the kale, broccoli rabe or some beet greens.

I use dark greens pulp in almost everything I make.
