My T went well... more talk of needs and me asking for them to be met....same dance different song. I do like him though, I apologized for lashing out at him.... he said he was fine with it. This one isn't going to let me push him away....little sucker, he's as pig headed as I am.

Thanks to all the pocket riders, hope no one got squished! Since I couldn't sit still for more than a few minutes in what was almost 3 hours with only one 15 minute break....

There are 5 of us there was supposed to be 6.lol Anyway, I am dead tired and my neck/shoulders are killing me. My messenger bag didn't feel that heavy this morning but felt like a ton by the time I got home.

I'm back from t. my session went pretty good i brought the book with me the "Becky Ann" one I mentioned earlier and read it to t. and we talked about how i got my 'good little girl' persona from that. i told her little artemis was there with me today and was feeling sad because she never did get to be perfect like Becky Ann, she never did get her mommy to think she was "good enough". But the adult art told little art and t that guess what - i see now that even Becky Ann wasn't perfect!! She didn't want to go to school! She stamped her foot! It's right there in the book! So that made little art feel a little better. Then we talked about the active imagination i did from a recent dream, and she became quite animated and talkative at that point, which was good cuz by then I was talked out. something i said made her think about the shamanic practice of soul retrieval, she is so knowledgeable about that kind of stuff, and it's fascinating to hear about so I love it when she goes off on that tangent. Sometimes I swear I was born in the wrong time and place I would have fit right in, in a culture like that. She was comparing that practice to what I'm currently doing with active imagination and how it is sorta similar and I can basically do the same thing in a different way. Interesting, interesting session today. Lots to think and write about and I need to do another active imagination.

Those are scraptastic....you have a real talent...my partner scraps ya know....so i know this crap...like i know football...go ahead ask me, Ill tell you all about embellishments and glue dots...don't get me started on Rub on letters, she guards them with her life... when she copies others designs i call it scrapliffiting...LOL
