I don't know why but I just get a good therapist and they leave. I have an appointment today with a new one and I hope this one is helpful. I mean helpful in a non-judgemental way but in a way that challenges me to make my life better. I want to get better but I have so little energy it is hard for me to try. What questions are good to ask of a new therapist to see what they can do for me?

Maybe to start with, since you've had other therapists leave, ask them what their plan is for the next few years, if they are planning on moving, and if they do long-term therapy.

Good idea, I didn't think of that. I will do that at my next appointment.
