Im so mad at T for cancelling today. Then to top it off I cant get in to see her till next friday. Grrrr i hate this i just want her to help me get started in dealing with my weight but noooooo her car had to die among other things going on. Ok enough cry baby me i will get over it.

You can do it! I know how disappointing it can be when t cancels. Try and distract: go to a movie, have lunch with a buddy, etc and time might go by faster.
