Todays therapy with t-2 4th session went well she is very direct unlike my t-1 she was more mild mannered but t-2 uses a more direct approach which i like its not intrusive its just good.

I spoke of my depression and also spoke about irrational thoughts on self harm. I also am not good with words in therapy so i draw what i feel or what i want to get across and she loves it, I also write what I cant say on difficult subjects other wise I can carry on a conversation.

If i veer off the question with something else she calls me out on it and requests an answer she is very savvy at such a young age, so I guess today I made a connection with t-2 although i miss t-1 with all my heart

t-2 went over how to stay safe over the weekend and until she sees me again oct 11 she is going on a mini vacation which is fine by me.
Today i am still depressed and feeling worthless but I know to reach out to a hotline or vent with my pc family.
also what i drew to me was just a drawing i drew a big brick wall with a little opening and a tree with my hopes and dreams hanging and wrote dead end, she disected that drawing it was scary and awesome the whole hour on one drawing and she says she is not done with it yet

I'm SO glad that your T seems to be a good match for you and that she's interested in using art as a form of communication. You are in my thoughts, sweepy. (( HUGS ))

Hi Sweepie,
So glad to see this post from you today! Your new t sounds good. I know exactly what you mean about wanting old t back. I still haven't gotten over having to leave my old t from when I moved in June. I like that your t has you use art and writing, those things can be so good when talking is too hard. Is she an art therapist? Keep us posted! And yes, you can always vent here.
