I saw my pdoc today she asked how I was feeling I tol her at the moment I was feeling safe no feelings of self harm but that during the day I do get thoughts she told me that the meds I'm on now are powerful and did not want to change them

I see my t tomorrow I will let her know as well

yes i did and she didnt think i was a jerk or anything thank you for your support i saw t today and i will start a new post on that later
