Hi everyone, five weeks ago i started going to group therapy every Thursday i am loving it. Everyone there is so honest with there mental illness and supportive of each other. I wish the group ran more often, but the pyschologist would burn out with his other respondsiblities.

I am still going to therapy it is helping me allot but lots of tears and guilt for my childhood stuff. I am determined not to give up this time and work hard to recovering.

I am moving out of this hotel on Monday to a house. Maybe it will improve my marriage. So thats a mini update on me!
