received a call from T today who handled my anger at her with so much ease I wondered why I was mad. She admitted she heard the anger being directed towrds her and felt closer to me than usual because I was letting her in. since I have been having these mood swings and do not see her until next Thursday, we are going to talk daily. I not sure how I feel about that as it reinforces my feelings of dependency, but will go along with it. She validated my feelings making me feel alot better and said when I feel the need to protect her i shouldn't because she has people she uses when things get to much for her. I am glad she shared that with me, reminds me she is human like me. Glad everyone told me to call her and share my feelings . thanks for the support.

Nice job! I'm so proud of you

My newT told me that it might not be possible NOT to become dependent on him. Whew! What a relief, lol. I was trying really hard to control it and be independent and was worried I would fail. Now I can just be who I am right now, and work toward who I want to be without trying so hard to be someone I'm not. So, my point is, relax
