My T is very gentle with me and refuses to let me leave upset. My general frustration is not being able to voice what I want / need to say.

Nice article. But many Ts seem to think, "It's not for me to change. The patient must change."

And many people on PC have said to me, in effect, "Keep your eyes on your own work. You're not there to tell T how to do her job."

It's to no fault of my T that I leave frustrated with myself. I internalize things. I know that this is something that I should change, but it's something that I still do.
