I found a Web site that contains all sorts of free downloadable mental health stuff: work books, work sheets, relaxation audios, whole programs for anxiety, etc.

How ironic!! I DO have red hair! (Although now that I'm 48 and starting to gray, I'm losing the red. Waaaa!! )

I didn't grow up in CA though.

Peaches, I am glad you are not the girl from jr high...

that would totally freak me out. I love the red hair though,, my sons gf has red hair, so does my cavalier...

ps mine is turning gray as well... and letting it go naturally, at least for now..
