I have one on my face and neck it's ok.. I am not a T or Pdoc, or criminal . Actually I was an abandoned homeless youth, but I can see why people might make assumptions, I do worry about that now from time to time. I have a lot of tattoos, however.. I am a very mild, calm person, my bad habits are drinking some coffee, and typing badly.

It makes sense why you would wonder that given where you worked. I hope people don't think I was an inmate, but I can see how that might happen .

Hmm mindfulness ok ... I am kidding. Interesting perception of some ink on the skin, I am not sure I understand, but that's ok.

My Asperger's therapist has alot of tattoos. Most are symbols and I have no clue what they mean. I think she is Buddhist so I assume the tattoos may have some kind of religious meaning to her. She is very different than my exT and current T, but overall I think she has been more helpful in the 6-7 times I've saw her than the 1 year that I saw other T weekly. I don't have any tattoos and I'm sort of against the idea of them, but this doesn't really affect the work I do with my T.

I would think it as kinda cool if my T had tattoos. It would give us something to talk about in therapy since I have some tattoos too. She could have some that are out of view, I have no idea. She is a bit younger than me and with people my age, tattoos are quite common. But who knows... each to their own! it wouldn't bother me though. Well, if she had a huge swastika tattooed on her some place visible or something like that it would bother me but that is pretty unlikely, hehe
