I feel like a train wreck about to happen
speeding train
emotional overload
too much and nowhere to put it
the aftermath of therapy - again
wanting to sound the alarms
get out of the way
before you get hit
I will run down me instead
can a train crash into itself?
maybe different compartments can
therapy brings up too much

I hear you! I'm here if you need to talk to someone. I wish I could take away your pain.

I'm sorry you feel this way, TG, even though your poem is tragically beautiful. If you need anything, let me know!

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad, TG. Has your T ever had you put the feelings into a container until next session? It sounds weird but it has helped me sometimes.
Thanks for this!

(((( TG ))))

My T encourages me to find a physical outlet - preferably a form of exercise - for the extra energy that gets conjured up during intense sessions. I tend to lean on self-destructing, but I am trying to change that. Hope you can find something to help you work through that excess energy.

I gave myself a couple of days to think about your poem. I like it very much. Often I write of my pain, it helps. You have no idea how your poem helped me to get in touch with something that's been on my mind. Thank you.

I hope you're feeling better today. You are a wonderful woman! ((()))

thanks, mine has suggested walking before but each time I try that I seem to end up injuring myself that and being lazy; i know it would use up some of that excess that is so strong though

I don't think so, I'm not sure how well I could do that? I seem to be able to with other things but not with T stuff
