having a lot of fear around this upcoming session. nightmares etc. We reach a critical point and i feel like, if I fail here, I fail therapy. yikes.

SAWE, there's no failing therapy. There are delays sometimes. You are strong and wonderful, and even if this session doesn't go well, it doesn't mean you have failed. That said, I am very hopeful it DOES go well and that you get this really hard part behind you.

((( HUGS )))

Hopping in your pocket! Please try not to put so much pressure on yourself to have this be a make-or-break session.

((((((sawe)))))) no matter what happens, you won't "fail therapy". Do what you can today, and know that it's enough.

trigger for mention of death

I told T earlier this week that I was afraid of what we were supposed to be working on this time, and she thad old me to try to relax.

I did, but when I saw her I told her about a dream I had two nights ago. I was looking over a railing into a big storm sewer full of water with thick algae all over the surface, and there was a girl down there walking across it

i thought YIKES and I called out to her, is it thick? and she answered, 'yes, thick " and then her foot pierced the algae and she went down, and it closed over her, and it was only a few seconds till there was no more disturbance in the water. It was horrifying.

And here I am, i told her, trying to walk across the sewage of my life, and afraid of drowining.

We had a very gentle, light session today. She said we can get to that other stuff later, no matter.
I think she is really tops, people. (and all of you for being my pocket riders too!!)

counting my blessings
