I see my therapist on Tuesday (2 days from now). I haven't seen her for over three weeks. Normally I see her every week, but there were two family crises, a vacation week, and bronchitis that made me cancel the last ones. I see my psychiatrist tomorrow. I was supposed to have seen him last Wednesday, but had to cancel because of my bronchitis. I had seen him a couple times during the period that I didn't seen my therapist. I really like my therapist and find her helpful for me, but confess that my psychiatrist sort of provides some therapy, as well. I confess I am closer to my psychiatrist than I am to my therapist.

In 3 days and it will, hopefully, be a better session than today's was. The moment we sat down she informed me that she'd need to cut our session short by 15 minutes because of some paperwork she had to fill out. I understand that that can happen once in a great while; I just wish I would have known in advance. The whole time thing kinda screwed up my day.
