Well I told her a couple weeks before she announced her move that I was ready to wind down our sessions. I've mentioned it since then that I'm ready to go at life on my own. etc. She keeps convincing me not to stop saying she's concerned because I need someone to do the dream work with. This makes me start feeling cynical that she just wants my $. I'd never say that to her of course because I am SO grateful and thankful to her for all the help that she has been to me over the past 1+ years.
But the fact remains that I am done, I worked through my recent episode of sadness on my own with the tools she taught me and by posting here, and even more strongly feel now that I am done. So I'm going to tell her in those exact words on Tuesday when I call her for our phone session: "T, I love you and I thank you for EVERYTHING, I am forever grateful to you, and I say this with a happy heart and soul... I am done." |

I think you are the best judge. My t told me, "u will know when it's time..." It sounds like u have reached this place. Based on what you have said about t, I think that she will understand.
