Hi Everyone,

I'm struggling a lot with DBT group and individual therapy lately. I want to follow through on my year-long commitment to DBT but I just get this overwhelming feeling that I'm wasting my time. I'd like to hear from people who have done at least 6 months and preferably a year or more of DBT group and individual about whether it was worth the time, effort and money in hindsight. I'm currently on a medical leave of absence from grad school which is extending into a second year and I feel really stuck, like I'm in the same place I was when I first took leave over a year ago.
