Welcome to the End of Times Couch - this one should take us to the end of the Mayan calendar. It moves fast - if you don't get a response, look on the bright side: in a few days, it won't matter anymore, supposably! (thank you, Joey Tribbiani!)

i don't know what to do today .i'm scared to go to T because of how she was my last session. i have had awful thoughts running around in my head ever sence non stop .i don't want her to make me feel any worse in fact i want her to make it right but she wont.i don't know how to.anyway i'm scared whatever

also...my daughter's 23rd birthday is 12/21. My son has been teasing her for years that the world would end on her 23rd birthday. So here's what the calendar said when we flipped it to December last week.

Wiki I am glad you get to go home today! Healed - sorry you had a winter drive. I hate driving in winter. Granite Morning lola, stopdog, hankster, apt, CL, SAWE Waiting sucks. Just sitting at home until 10:15...

((( granite ))) - I am sure I will be feeling the same way tomorrow before seeing T...after the episode I went through at the end of last week. I am not sure I want to face that. ((shudder))....We will get through it.
((( wiki ))) - Glad to hear you're going home today! Yippee!! ((( Apt ))) - Sorry you're not doing too well today. I'm feeling a bit cruddy and panicky today.....sick to my stomach too. Blech. I am going to try to get some cleaning done. I'm actually making some progress. You can walk through my front door without tripping over stuff! LOL

Good morning couch.
Chopin-I think your T did what she did to get your attention. She also did it in a very maternal way. Scold you and then hug you when it was done and tell you she loves you. Healthy "parenting" perse. However it seems as though she might have took it a little far. I hope you guys work thru it. I'm sure you will. Hugs. |

Morning all. I've actually been awake since 7:15...who'd've thunk that would happen to me!
  I posted about the first part of my session. I'm sure there is a lot to take from it. Jersey, I know it was very maternal, but it was as if she turned into my mom and T and I have both agreed that my mom's behavior was not right. It's weird. I realized last night with H's help (H is Dr. Spock logical) that T took personal offence to my email. She reacted as a mother or friend would. I don't know if that's good or not. Anyway, I have a busy day ahead of me at work. I'm actually enjoying some of the changes. I'm thrilled to work with my ICF clients again. I've known them for 13.5 years and love them dearly. Everyone have a good day and thanks for all the support!! I love you guys!

thismornings glucose level is 246 not great but not bad either .i just took my meds so that everyone else in the world can be right .
