weird was as a kid there was something I didn't trust about that movie... I can't remember what it was but there was a part that seemed very wrong ... made me feel lied to but I could never explain it...

probably some twisted things my older siblings told me and I was so gullible (too tired to look up how to spell that) I believed them)

I also loved The Black Stallion. Probably because it was the first chapter book I read as a kid.
Thanks for this!

I don't remember The Black Stallion.... I think what I remember was "Black Beauty" but can't remember if it was a book or a movie... I loved horses as a girl even though I didn't know a soul who had one...

I also liked a movie called the Gnome Mobile. Same kids that played in Mary Poppins played on that. I don't think it was as popular as Mary Poppins

I remember being like 8 years old and watching Gone with the Wind... I loved that movie too even though I probably understood a very small portion of it... I always cried when Bonny Blue died... I considered it a success to finally stay awake to hear Rhett Butler say "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn"..

The Black Stallion was great, well at least the book was a very exciting read. I think I'd still be fond of reading it back now. They made TV series about it too at some point. It was about a young boy and rather wild black stallion who ended up marooned on an island after a shipwreck. I saw Black Beauty the movie too, and probably every other horse movie. I was pretty horse mad as a kid though And still am now.

rts- not really, I am guessing that I will show up and hang out at the back of one of the bigger churches in the area, or I just won't go at all. Not sure.

Soooo frustrated. H says he is on board with leaving, wants to wait a couple of weeks, oh and is meeting with our pastor and the wife next Friday (right in the middle of t appointment, uh hello.. you watch the kids when I am there).. I don't get it. Then he just asked me if I even wanted to stay married to him. I don't know what the hell is going on with my life.

I haven't seen the movie Tangled... usually I use my kids as an excuse to see movies but my 10 year old boys raised an eye brow when I asked if he wanted to see it when it came out in theaters.

I only just clicked too when I rewatched the trailer, Into the west stars Gabriel Byrne, for anyone who checked out any In Treatment episodes.

Healed, how did you respond to his question? Did you mention that the meeting is during your T session?

I figured out that I contributed more than i thought to my marriage problems... (not saying this is your case) and since I realize that things have gotten a little better and I've been able to explain it a little better to my H.. since I have a fearful attachment style whenever my H gets too emotionally close... I create some issue to put some distance between us .. so H is better about not taking us down the cycle path...

I hope you and your H can get to a place where you can really talk about the true issues without throwing around the "d" word...

I liked the Wizard of Oz, I think mostly because it scared my younger brother. Although I do remember before bed sometimes I had this image of Elliott and ET screaming at one another. Heh.

I liked bedknobs and broomsticks, mary poppins and the aristocats. I like the charlie and the chocolate factory with johnny depp better than the one with gene wilder - which I found a little creepy and his singing kind of was weird.
