Ex Ts lawyer was trying to do a character assassination against me, but it back fired, the Judge was having none of it, every time her lawyer would try the Judge would shot it down, now we have to wait for 6 weeks to know what is going to happen with the case, its a awful feeling to see some one that you trusted for so long just set there,and let her lawyer be a bully, i don't know, i'm so depressed

You are doing well ! I can't even begin to imagine how hard this would be, silenthill. To be there, with your T and her lawyer, and the judge sounds so intimidating. I'm glad the judge was there for you.

This must bring up so many painful memories . I'm glad though, that it is proceeding so this will one day be behind you. Not that the pain will magically disappear, but I hope it will help relieve your pain to have this legal process finished.

Thank you for the reply's,and the hug's they really do help!! there is one thing that really scares me, the Attorney General had copy's of post's that i had wrote on here, i did NOT give them these post, and have to tell you i was shocked to see them

ECHOES its so hard to go through this,but i know i have to, you know my Ex T brought someone to the hearing for support,but i went by my self, i had no one with me, guess i'm getting stronger, i hope when i get done with all this, i can come on here more,and give my support to all of you wonderful ppl,ECHOES i just want to thank you so much for your support

I don't know what a Doh hearing is. the mere thought of being in a courtroom with my therapist is terrifying. I hope you're able to get through this.

Thank you for telling us all that our posts are not as private as we think. It's sad because I thought we were anonymous here and could be honest about our feelings. Guess we can't trust anyone, even our T.

You are a strong person to hold your own in a courtroom. I hope a fair decision is made in your case. All the best.

I'm assuming these were posts the OP had shared with her T previously? Otherwise, I don't see how they could be collected and identity proven.

Yeah but OP said that she was "shocked' to see these posts and she did not give these posts to "them" (I'm assuming T's lawyers) so it seems like she did not give them to T herself.

I agree, Michelle, this is very worrying, as I always thought what I wrote on here was anonymous. I am curious to know how T's lawyers/Attorney General got a hold of her posts.

If memory serves, the OP posted information about this case, including info about other cases tied to this T. It wouldn't be hard for the attorney to find and make the connection to her.

Nothing on the internet is really hidden or truly anonymous. This forum is open to the public to view, so it is up to members to keep their private information general and unidentifiable if they are worried someone might use their information against them in any way.

The posts were ones of the first post that i wrote on here about the $ i loaned her, i had to tell the Attorney General what site they came from, my Ex T lawyer didn't have them,so i know it didn't come from them,any way i think it helped me and the DOH case

I'm glad they helped. This is so much stuff to be heaping on top of you to begin with, I'd be blindsided too if something I'd posted online popped up on top of all of this. I admire your strength, and am so glad things so far seem to be in your favor.

Does the defendant's lawyer have a right to the material that the government has? I use to watch law shows, not anymore, but that's what I seem to remember.

I'm sorry i worded it wrong,her lawyer did have a copy, but it came from DOH lawyer

I think that it's possible that they came from my DOH complaint. I didn't use your screen name or the name of this site, but did copy the things you had posted so that the DOH could see what was going on.

I'm so sorry if that was upsetting for you to discover that they had your posts. But since I wanted to give them as much information as possible when sending in my complaint I included them. I am a bit relieved that you feel they did help the DOH at least.
