Hey all, I'm having really bad anxiety which might be behind the irritability. Talk to T but cant concentrate on what she wants me to do. Called Pdoc but no response yet. Ugh, it stinks to be me right now. No replies needed just wanted to vent a little bit if that is ok.

I'm sorry that you are having to go through this right now. It sounds really difficult to deal with. I can struggle with severe anxiety too. The buddhists would say to "lean into" the anxiety as a method for releasing some of its power over you. I've found this to be helpful.
Thanks for this!

I decided to give something natural a try so I went off the anti-anxiety med that I was on but wasn't doing anything and bought some valerian root and it worked wonders last night. I'm sooooooooo HAPPY. so hopefully this will work for a while.

I'm glad you feel better, but I am not sure you should have just dropped your meds like that, sometimes that can have really bad consequences.
Thanks for this!

Make sure you call pdoc again, and just let him know what you are doing. You may want to find out about withdrawal/discontinuance side effects before abruptly stopping something.

Good luck Melissa.

Pdoc called today. Ugh!!! I'm doing better so I didn't say much. It sucks not being totally honest with him. But I will tomorrow.

Was totally honest with Pdoc. He wasn't happy but no major problems.
