The thing is, and this is where I need to clarify more with T, is that I'm a college professor, so it's my nature to want to teach others. He knows this and even connected the two in that way, by saying that I'll be indirectly teaching others.

The issue I have is the giving of something so immensely personal and how it will be used. I know no identifying facts will be revealed, so if someone were to read it, there would be no way to link it to me personally. I do believe that T can use my writing to help me better. I noticed a difference in our last session after he read my last writing that addressed some issues I had with him.

I have a session with him tomorrow morning. I think I'm definitely going to bring this up in more detail and discuss it, but I'm going to be sure I'm not bringing any writings with me.
Thanks for this!

It is your right to keep what you wrote or share it. Perhaps it does not need to be all or nothing. What if you selected what he was allowed to share?
