Why do I feel so emotionally crap after a therapy session?
Wish my therapist would give up on me.
Not worth the effort.

There were many (if not every time) I felt this way. Don't give up.

It's very draining.

You are worth the effort.

Sorry you are not feeling well. Hang in there, sounds like you are working hard right now.

I have been up all night, This is a new Therapist and she has a way of getting me to talk of cause I know it is what therapy is all about, I just hate the feeling of feeling so crap after a session she takes me to places that I haven't been in years

It's really hard when you go to that place where you don't want to go and aren't sure you are ready to go...and then your brain keeps processing it when you would please like it to shut down.
I hope it helps you make some progress in the direction you wish to go...AND you are definitely worth it!
Thanks for this!

Unfortunately, it gets worse before it gets better. I had forgotten that when I started therapy for the second time. You are re-opening old stuff and dealing with it. It DOES get better, though. Please hang in there.
