Thank god I have my friends here on pc but been feeling down irritable sad guilty slow I cancelled my group and therapy appt and I have one on Monday and I don't know if I should go anyway I haven't seen my pdoc in two months I feel hopeless

It's probably a good idea to keep seeing your Pdoc, however you may feel about therapy.

The one thing my T tells me to do is push myself to do what I know is best for me even when I have no energy or desire to do it. It takes a small amount of energy to create more energy - so that initial push is hard, but necessary.
Please see your pdoc. That's important - whether you feel up to it or not. (( HUGS ))

Maybe then tell the therapist about the art IF YOU FEEL LIKE after you've created it. (would you therapist think that is too weird?) |

It's a great idea I just feel tired angry nothing specific like things don't make sense or there is missing pieces to my puzzle of life I don't know how to quite explain it. My t called when I cancelled last week she must know something's up haven't seen her or been to group in three weeks I wish I could explain it more but I don't think I can. I will see how I feel tomorrow and go to therapy
