that would work.

I tried going outside for some sunshine, but it was grey windy & felt like snow, not exactly what I had pictured.

I hide somewhere far away inside myself and act like a normal happy person on the outside. Usually that means things are worse when I can finally let my guard down properly.

I can always find a way to go off by myself. I always have a book with me, so I can go off to read, whether I actually read or not
Thanks for this!

In the early therapy yrs I found it hard. At work I'd have to go sit in the toilets. Now? It's a lot easier to manage

I spent almost a week with my parents when my dad was dying. I asked my T to leave a message on my phone. I listened to it a lot. I would say, oh, I need to check messages. I also brought work and set up my computer and stuff in the other room. You could maybe tell her that you have a free-lance project to work.
Thanks for this!

I found out that drafting hurt, sarcastic or enraged txt messages and erasing them doesn't work - and is risky, what if I should hit the wrong button and send it.

I feel a rupture coming - not impossible - and I want to avoid it at all costs.

....well, ( T, if you are reading this, although you tell me you do not ) ... at almost all costs.

My T used to be quite good at being so rational, calm and consistent when I felt that way. I hope your session is much better and easier than you fear.
