I don't feel like going to the clinic. I am scared to go there. I used to like coming but now i dread going to there. Should i quit therapy? I feel exhausted, lost and hopeless. I can feel that they don't really care about me or support me .

You're most definitely not a burden! Maybe you just need a new place! I wouldn't expect therapy to work the first time too often. I still haven't found anything that works for me. You just gotta push yourself to keep on going. Hopefully it will get easier over time. Prayin for ya!

I know sometimes I go and I feel very responsible for the agenda. And sometimes I'm too tired and I just rely on the therapist to do whatever they are going to do and I'll take what comes. Some days I learn more that way that if I try to work at it. Would that work? It probably works for some people and some counselors, and not for others. |
