Welcome to the 1 year anniversary couch. Thank you all for reading and participating in the couch, it has been a true comfort for me in some of my darkest times. I have made some great friends here and hope to make more!

all are welcome!

The couch moves fast most of the time. If your post gets missed, don't take it personally. Just repost or give a holler.

Also if under the influence of alcohol or any other mind altering substance, please be advised that one of the attorneys says not to contact your T ! Ever!

Long live the couch and let the celebration begin!

Green beer for everybody!

Unless, you know, you don't drink. And if you do, for pete's sake, do not contact your T. And who is Pete, anyway?

Did you even get enough sleep to safely operate one of those? Be careful already!

Thanks for the warning Critter!

Just thought I'd have a looksie while waiting for my laundry to finish washing. Have to put it in the dryer in about 5 minutes. I hate doing laundry, but clean clothes are needed.

Squirrel welcome and doing laundry doesn't suck as bad as putting it away! The grands are headed home today and my washer and dryer are happy for the break!

It's PAR-TAY TIME! Woot woot! One year! Oh my, how time flies!

I am so grateful for the couch.....and, of course, it's not just the comfiness of the couch, it's all the peeps that make it so great.

This is as close to a party as I'll be having today....

True putting it away sucks more. Today is a day of getting long overdue stuff done. Haven't had a haircut in 2 months...my hair is poking me in the eyes, so that is another task for today.

I'll bring cookies to the party. Or maybe chocolate bunnies as an early Easter treat.

when do ya go see T next ???did i miss it and did you discuss the slip of the toung??
No you didn't miss it... my next appt with T is Thursday night. I haven't decided if I will ask T how she knows my xT. I only know xT knows her well enough to be the only T he gave me a referral to the first time I quit.

I called her about 6 months into my 18 months with xT and she asked so many questions over the phone...I got too anxious and didn't go to see her... But when I went back to xT a few months later, I told him about calling her and too many questions, etc.. and he said.. Do I have your permission to tell her that because I think that would be important feedback for her? Of course I said NO. but they must know each other well enough if he would call her up and tell her that...

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!! When I was a kid...St. Patrick's Day was as big a deal as Christmas and Easter... We would get something new to wear...because of course you had to wear green... My grandparents (whom I loved dearly) would come to dinner...it was always so much fun!!!

Now... its a task because it means I have to go see my parents today
