went to first session with new t today. next week we are supposed to do a "diagnostic sheet"...what is that?

Depends on the agency.
Sometimes this is a questionaire kind of like the MMPI diagnostic testing to narrow down your problems and with other agencys its the problems and goals paperwork where the client and therapist discuss the cleints problems and goals to be accomplished during the therapy sessions. |
