I thought I was in for a really WW3 confrontation over the issues we have been facing since I have my breakdown.

A ltogetrher the session went pretty well and I was pleased at some of the results that were brought up in the session.I was told to work on some matters to inprove my communication with my wife and she was told to as well.I going to give it a week to see how both of us do with eachothers commitments to resolving all of these problems we have been faceing for a while.

I a hoping this is a good start to mending bridges and help build a stronger bond bewteewn us and and longer happy relationship.

Sessions with a spouse can be very hard, so congrats on your first going well! Communication is so important. You said you were going to give it a week, but it is probably going to take longer. But it can be worth it! It is hard to change entrenched patterns quickly. Good luck!
