Is this an option for BiPolar II and Borderline disorders (along with a couple other things)?

I would rather do therapy this way than go to a therapist in person. It is difficult enough to get to the pdoc regularly and not cancel due to my feelings. Plus I am much more open and totally honest with no face to face discussions involving my issues.

Some therapists have worked with me by Skype, but that's still face-to-face in a way ... Though not in the same room. Could you handle that?

How would you go about finding a therapist online? And how would you know if it was legit?

I'd be willing to try I suppose.
