O.k Just sitting here processing my T session. I know he didn't mean to but he was mentioning my safety plan and mentioned my bikeriding (tick), my art (tick) and MY MUSIC! Where did he get music from?? It has triggered me so much as I've never mentioned how stupid I feel about coming from a musical family where if you play less than 2 instruments you are looked at being a bit strange. I can play one instrument, the piano, and not that well according to my mum. I can sorta play flute and violin. I don't even know why I am bothered about this.

Wiki - I saw your cake advice from the other couch. I drank a bunch of orange juice and I take vitamin e everyday... and I did have a cupcake at work.. couldn't taste it at all.

It's beautiful outside here today and all I want to do is sleep

<t vent>
So yesterday in session t said something to the effect of:
I like what I am hearing you say, but how are you going to maintain this self-confidence and assertiveness? You've been here before and then go back.

I felt so deflated when t said this. As if it doesn't matter if I have it now... I am doomed to repeat the past.

She also said something like "It's too bad it took a relationship for you to find that level of self-respect." WTF! What is that supposed to mean? At least I have it now. Does how I got more self-respect and self-confidence lessen the fact that I have it?

Evening couch.

Work went well today.

The other aide who likes the kids as much as I do and I planned more on the food for the graduation clebration on Friday. I may end up getting more than just the veggie tray I am supposed to get. The local grocery store has fruit trays and meat & cheese cube trays on sale this week for half the price they usually are, so I may get those as well. If there's leftovers I will take it home and eat it over the weekend. No biggie. You can never have too much food at a celebration.

Need to get to McDonald's tomorrow morning to get J's (the kid who let me test him) arch card. Need to get it to him before exams start. He'll be surprised.

Well, I need to go analyze the data from testing yesterday and write a short bio on the kid. Be back on later.

Have a good evening everyone.

I've been busy, at least it keeps me out of trouble for the most part. One of my favorite times of the year. NCAA lacrosse tournament.

It's because your family made you feel like a failure at an impressiobale age.

How are you, Ready? Sometimes I have trouble remembering it's not all about me.

Well, I'm off to relax a little before bed. I'll check in in the morning before heading out to run errands before work.

Sleep well, everyone (unless it's daytime where you are, then have a good day).

I am eating a hand-dipped corndog from the traveling carnival. My mate walked over for me, it's crunchy.

The polar ice cap in my house has begun to thaw. My H told me he didn't realize how the messy house stressed me out so much .... he has started to proactively clean things and he is reminding the kids to clean up after themselves...
