So today I had a Chris negotiation session. Was not expecting that. Anyway, we worked this out: I can see her once a month for a check in, with contact in between if I CC new t on all the emails.
It wasn't what I was hoping for but I'll take what I can get at this point. I have yet to hear back from pdoc at the residential place (should hear back on Monday as he was on vacation). Maybe things will be reevaluated. I have my first session with Chris next week. I'm so excited! I've missed her so much!

It was not completely what you hoped, but it sounds like you spoke up for yourself, negotiated effectively, and got a good bit of what you wanted. These are good skills to have!

I think it's really good that you negotiated what you needed. You didn't hold out with an all or nothing attitude, and that's a BIG DEAL. Good for you.
