I just wanted to write what a good session I had today as it has made me feel so much better and more ok about myself and things going on. I hadn't been for several weeks and really felt I needed to be there, I needed the support. And I got it. T and I went through some homework I had to do for a mental health course that I am doing and it was so helpful. She is the best teacher She explained to me the bits I was having trouble understanding and helped me complete some exercises. It feels really good to have got it done as I was having so much trouble focusing enough to do it on my own. T is the best!
