But I'm having trouble with him. He keeps showing up late. And is very focused on my anxiety and self esteem problems. He tried to teach me "self hypnosis" to help with anxiety but that's not my problem. Well it is but not the main problem. But i originally told him that I was having trouble with emotions. He kinda takes the sessions into his hands and I know I should speak up but I have trouble talking to people directly about problems.

I think I have BPD but i don't know how to actually ask about it or talk about it. I'm a very nervous and shy person when it comes to talking, friends only know about them when I text them about it. I would never confront people.

But I need to. Because its very confusing and I really need some stability in my life.

Any suggestions?

If you find it hard to talk, then write some things down. He is YOUR employee and you are paying him for a service. He needs to know that his showing up late is not acceptable.
Thanks for this!
