So a the thread about about termination rituals and the thread about t hugs got me thinking.

I've been trying to think of something to make my last session with t special. Besides gift giving and food ok so my t has often asked me if I wanted a hug and I always hesitate and say no. I just don't hug out of trust issues. Even tho I trust t, I just don't hug her either. I really want one tho. I was thinking about asking for a hug at our last session. I think it would show her that I've grown, be a symbol of my care for her and vice versa, and that it would be a good way to end things. What do u think?

I've left and returned to my T many times and she has always given me a hug in our last session. I think it's a nice way to end things.
Thanks for this!

Think beforehand, and then do whatever feels natural and right in the moment.
