Hello ZJDyk99,

Are you wondering how many posts here are answered by a T (therapist)? This site is peer-to-peer support. Meaning, we all have problems. Many of us can relate to one another (having experienced similar things) and offer our support to one another, and reach out whenever we need ideas and/or support to get through.

I do recommend that you check out the Community Guidelines, to gain a better understanding of PC.

The link below also answers many very common Q's. Check it out!
Forums at Psych Central - FAQ/Help

Very best wishes to you.
