Hi the other night I woke up at 3 am actually I been waking up at this time for weeks now anyway I went to th garage to have a smoke. Something happened where I froze and saw a mini slide show of my past in fast motion when it was over I found my cigarette still lit on the floor. But nothing in the garage was triggering me

It sounds like some sort of a flashback; perhaps you can talk this over with your T? They aren't always triggered by environments; it could be related to the recent work you've been doing in your sessions.

You might have had a random thought, not necessarily a trigger; just a memory or something; the cigarette and being up, that can chemically alter your brain from "normal" for you and fire a random neuron, etc. :-) What's that line that Scrooge said about seeing Marley's ghost?

"You may be an undigested bit of beef, a blot of mustard, a crumb of cheese, ..."

Cigarette smoke itself can remind you of people and places. Definitely tell your T what's going on.
