This is a first for me...usually the day before my session I begin to feel anxious and stressed, the anticipation but tonight I almost feel like "whatever" or I just don't care. I mean, right now I feel like if we sit there without saying a word tomorrow I will be fine...and that's far fetched for me. Maybe I'm in a slump....I don't feel sad about it but more like... whatever!
Can anyone relate to this?

Maybe you're just starting to get more comfortable. I was EXTREMELY nervous for the first few sessions and then I stopped caring altogether.
Thanks for this!

I've been feeling like this the last few sessions. So much so that I was questioning why I still bothered going

Yes, "nothing" turned out to be something!! I had the courage to bring some stuff up from last week that was bugging me...hence, the feelings of not caring about my session...and it led to a better and more complete understanding between myself and my T

Actually...it as it turns out I get uncomfortable sometimes...uncomfortable because of the territory that we are navigating through...but tonight that uncomfortable feeling prompted me to bring up some stuff that was bothering me..and I feel good about it
