Since starting to work on past childhood issued with my t and we started two months ago today was the hardest by far we had to keep doing grounding and relaxation techniques and she also told me I regressed for a moment back into a childhood moment. I did not even notice that. She was very caring but I have been anxious in a grumpy mood and feeling very emotionally drained. I had ptsd group right after so she told my group t to allow me breaks has anyone felt this way after a session

oh gosh I do. I am a real bear after wards. Noise bothers me, I am super sensitive, I cry easily or get angry easily. That usually last about 3 days. You are not alone. T is hard work. Who knew setting and talking would be so darn hard.
