Hi

I'd be really grateful if anyone could share a way to invoke a strong feeling that I felt.A certain technique. It's more a state of mind rather than a feeling. I have somewhat changed and my environment, the stimuli isn't quite the same, do you maybe have some ideas on how to do it? (My beliefs are.. and I shouldn't be feeling this way, so I;m trying to get back to my own state of mind, the situations is also, actually the same, with some changes which should not be influencing me in the manner they are)I'm just looking for good suggestions on making memories and feelings more vivid and patterns of stopping ill behavior, also improving cognitive inhibition and memory.

Thanks

One technique that a lot of therapists underestimate is affirmations.

You can't really go backwards; you have to keep moving forward through time; you aren't who you were yesterday (can't step in the same river twice).

I would take up journaling/writing if it were me. I don't know what your creative techniques of choice are though, but I read and write to organize and motivate my innards.
