No, no blanket. He believes in, what do you call it, sitting with the emotion. He even frowns if i start collecting tissues to arrange on my lap.
A blanket would be nice esp when I'm feeling small and frightened.

I must say i agree with Lola throwing a fit and not explaining is not ok. It can be triggering to others. No one knows who your anger is directed at and can trigger things in them. If you explain maybe someone can help you.

I was asleep all evening, since like 9 EDT. I'm awake now. I've been following everything, and I'm still posting, but probably not as often as before. Thanks for asking.

Bah! Just had an interview with the employment agency, it didn't start out well. I was iniatially told they don't deal with physically disabled clients, for a start my physical disability has never once impacted on my nursing career. I was a bit offended by that and nearly left. After the initial assessment I was told I was probably a bit too highly functioning for them to help why don't I see the other employment agencies. Well, they sent me to this one as I am mentally ill. I can't seem to win today.

I'm making a coffee and having a bath. I'll see you all later.

I really need to get a grip. Coming inside and I was startled by a possum. I don't understand how such a cute looking animal can make such a hideous sound. My heart is racing.

Rough night last night and restless sleep on top of that. Feeling "blah" this morning but trying to not let my mind sabotage my day with negative thoughts. Take care, everyone.

Good morning all...
Sorry it got rough in here last night. Hugs all around.
Hey Hanksta! Thanks for checking in, I was a bit worried too.
MKAC - I've been thinking about you and your daughter...I hope everything went well.

Wildlife center today, then the kid. Probably swimming with her as she's doing so well in the water and I want to get her swimming on her own before summer ends.

Morning all!

Sounds like a fun day, Wikid. Things with my daughter went okay-ish. Test results stayed about the same -- still getting the one back with enzymes elevated that indicate some type of inflammation, but they didn't change the diagnosis. Lots more physical therapy in store for her. We are going to try another round of outpatient physical and occupational therapy and if that doesn't work, there is an intensive program that is sort of a day hospitalization thing that we can try. She would be at the hospital for 5-7 hours a day for three weeks. I'm hoping it doesn't come to that.

Thats terrible MKAC, I hope things improve for her. We went rounds with the youngest a few years back , they tested her for a whole range of things..in the end she needed to take B12 supplements. Lets pray its something simple. Have a great day Wiki, I would love to swim but 104 today and that damn work thing. My stomach is still not feeling correct.

Lola...did the wife make that guitar? (well, not the actual guitar, but the custom face) It's very cool.

My mother just called, she's on a heart monitor for 21 days, and she's being really pissy about it. They are just checking her beat, she has a history of a-fib, and has been feeling some fluttering. So she just whines and whines about the heart monitor. Honestly, the woman NEVER says a positive thing about anything. Grrrr. Drives me batty.

OH OH OH OH....
did I tell you? H has a guitarist coming into the studio next week, and he won't tell me who it is. He just told me "you have to be in the studio for a big surprise on Tues". After playing 20 questions I narrowed it down to a guitarist...
I am thinking Joe Perry.
or maybe Michael Sweet...
Any guesses?

Horribly depressed this week.. emailed T yesterday asking if he had any appointments for me for this week. It has been a long time since I had two appointments in one week but thought it might be helpful. I forgot he was out of the office yesterday, and I am starting to wonder if he will be gone the rest of the week.

So, I know the healthy thing to do would be to get out of the house and stop my destructive thoughts. We could go to the farmers market, would could finish school shopping. I am not sure I have the energy or desire to do so.

I hope your T gets back to you healed.

Lola...I am thinking the guitarist would be someone who has a house on the Cape, so that narrows it a bit. It could even be James Taylor, but I am thinking he has his own studio. And H would have invited his bestie who's a JT superfan.

OMG...Taylor Swift has a place nearby...do ya think? That'd be cool.
