Left her a message on Wednesday afternoon, asking for an appointment. Now it's Friday afternoon and still no call from her.

Usually she calls back the same day.

Is it time to call her again, or wait longer? I want to be polite but also book my appt in time for next week.

Thank you for your advice.

I would call again, mentioning that you called Wednesday, and that you're trying to schedule an appt for next week.
Thanks for this!

Glad you called again. I just had a really unpleasant rupture situation with my T over email. I sent a very important (to me) email asking specifically for a reply ... and I never received one. After 3 days I forwarded the original email again, along with a really snarky note. No reply again.

At the next session we discovered that his reply, which he sent within minutes, just never made it to me. He proved it by pulling it out of his Sent Items folder. Also, he never received my forwarded message. I can't tell you how I suffered over this! We don't what happened, but he was in a hotel & maybe their service was flaky.

Anyways, "stuff" happens. Hope T calls you back soon!
