Taken from the other thread, how does your T greet you?

Mine asks 'how are you doing?' straight off

Mine says " hello, come on through " we walk in silence to the room

Once in the room she says " So, how have you been and how have things been for you this week "

Most of the time, he says nothing. He just looks at me expectantly - like a very caring dog.

Sometimes, if he's read an email, he might say something about it. He usually waits for me to speak first, though.

He opens the door to his office and tells me to come on back. On occasion, if he's stepping out of the office to go to the restroom, he'll tell me to hop on back and he'll be right there.

Once we're both in his office and settled into chairs, he just looks expectantly in my direction. We don't do small talk, so it's all on me to get things going.
