Stupidly irritated

So I called my moron of a pdoc yesterday and left a message about wanting to switch therapists. Mind you because of the f***ing contract I have to call and get his permission to switch for only God knows why. But the dumb**s hasnt called me back even today. I'm going to call tomorrow and raise hell.

How is possible that you have to get their "permission" to switch? Are you under some kind of legal obligation? Is your therapy court-ordered? Otherwise, I can't see any reason why you'd need their permission and this type of thing would make me even more inclined to raise a particular finger on my way out the door. This contract kind of ticks me off and it's obviously enraging you, too...hang in there, Melissa. There are better days to come. Keep swimming!

Maybe he was planning on calling you tomorrow.

Pdocs have other patients too and calling you back for something that is not urgent can wait until they have time. Sometimes that does take a few days. Hang in there.
