So really what it boils down to is:

I feel myself slipping into a depression...sleeping ALOT, not eating much, lack of energy and isolating. I cant call my T(she doesnt work friday, saturday, or sunday-wont get message till monday) to see what she says. So would you think I should call pdoc and talk to him tomorrow or wait and call T monday?

Call tomorrow. Three days is a long time when depression is the issue. Better to get on it now.
Thanks for this!

How long has it been going on? Pdoc used to tell me if there was a change mood wise that was severe and lasted more than four days, to call.

About a week or so...me wanting to stay in bed/isolate is a huge sign something isnt right especially when it has been going on that long. I guess I will call and see what pdoc says. I just hate calling and leaving messages for him.
