I'm a newbie to posting but been an active reader of basically this whole forum.

After many years being in grief/anxiety as my first T says I hit the ultimate low and now between my psychiatrist and my second T say I have major depression, possible bipolar, and dissociation.

Thus leading me into referring me to a partial hospitalization program which I first refused over summer but finally gave in when I wasn't getting better with just weekly sessions with my third T and bi weekly group therapy.

Not sure if I have a question but more wanting to get it off my chest.

Thanks for reading.

Thank you all, I'm excited to become a poster rather than a avid reader of the forums.

Still feeling anxious but glad to be able to check in with my second T afterwards.

It went well though I did self harm myself helps when I've been dissociating a lot. Hope the RN doesn't get upset as I signed agreement saying I wouldn't self injure on treatment days which is practically every day.

sorry that happened but tomorrow you get another chance. I don't think it's an uncommon reaction to a first day

The first day of my PHP, the group leader asked, "how many people XX'd [drank/used/binged/SI'd] on the way here? About half of the hands went up (including mine). It's pretty common on the first day. We just hope that by the last day it's not even a thought.
Good luck!
