Thanks!!!!! I haven't found a new T but after reading your posts I'm not so upset. My old therapist "quit" me - she opened new practice that was holalistic - I tried hard for several weeks but wasn't doing well - She had phased out "talk" therapy and replaced it with crystal healing and calling on "animal spirits" to guide and give strength. She said I wasn't working out with the new therapy and would be better off with a traditional therapist.

I guess I am/was still dealing with rejection and a sense of failure for not being able to comform.I really liked her and saw her for 3 weeks.

Going out of house even shopping is pretty hard these days but I'll keep working on it.

so hugs to you all
