Today I had a sesh with T, and luckily it felt like the longest sesh I've evvvvver had.

She is going away for a couple of weeks, so I won't be able to see her until the first week of December. Wondering how other people cope?

My T was just away for 2 weeks. It was very difficult and I suffered from separation anxiety.
I see my T twice a week so we missed 4 sessions at a difficult spot in therapy. I survived though and you will too. Think about those good sessions when your T is away. Think about the positive encouragement you gotten. Hold in to the good and DONT ruminate on anything negative.

I haven't seen my therapist in three weeks and he's not going to be back until the first week in December. Long wait. It sucks. I try to keep myself as busy as possible until then. I mostly try to distract myself with studies (though that makes me anxious as well), books, writing here etc. Keeping yourself busy helps a bit since you don't have time to think as much.

Is there anyone else you could talk to while your therapist's away?
Thanks for this!

Not sure. I will try to keep myself distracted though, like you said. Hopefully that will help.
