I think you may be setting yourself up for disappointment. My recollection of your relationship with your T is not one of closeness. From the title of the post, "if you love me", it seems like your expectations are too high. I hope I am wrong and you get what you need from your T.

I AM BACK.

I got through my list, but I wasn't able to talk about the CSA (not enough time but next session I will!). The session went well, I was a little nervous about talking to her about the whole robin situation cause I thought she'd scold me/take Robin's side but she just validated me and even agreed that things weren't handled right.

ALSO I was able to FINALLY CONFESS to my cutting to my T, I mentioned it once and told her Robin had given me some techniques that were working (True but they stopped working and I hid my cutting since). Well she goes, "Can I see?" And I said sure, and rolled up my sleeves, she rolled her chair over to me, our knees touching she took my hands in hers (which her hands are really dry I find myself concerned for her, it's odd knowing your T is aging and it makes you really sad for a few moments) but anyway she held both my hands and looked at my cuts and scars and looked really worried and goes, "Oh yeah you've done a lot. Tell me when the last time you hurt yourself was? What does this do for you?" And we talked about it and she held my hands for a few minutes.
She looked really concerned.

Then we got talking about other stuff, and she told me that she cared for me very much.
Also we are starting DBT next session!!!

So then I asked at the end of session really nervously, "Do you hug?"

She goes, "Not normally, no, sometimes I do though very rarely. It's really according and individual..."

I (Very nervously): "Can I hug you?"

She smiled and got up: "I think that would be okay, you can certainly have a hug."

And we hugged and she said I was a wonderful girl.

Omg this was so great to hear! I'm very very proud of you! It sounds like this was a good breaking point for you two! Very happy for you and hope you two continue in the awesomeness. So glad she gave you a hug as well!

Thanks! I am too, if she had rejected me I would have been ouch esp so soon after Robin, however she rejects very gently, and makes sure I know it's not my fault. She is a really good T.

By the way I did treat myself, FIG NEWTONS ALL THE WAY BABAY
