I love soft kitty. I sing it all the time. It's probably my most frequent ear worm.
I went to the gym and then out to breakfast with a friend this morning. When we left for breakfast, they were still forecasting an inch of snow today, with another overnight. Well, we got 3 inches before we finished breakfast and it took 3 hours to get back to my house. We waited a while, shoveled, had some tea, and then I took my friend home. By the time it turned to rain this evening, we'd gotten over 10 inches. It drives me nuts when weather forecasters get it wrong so badly and they just laugh it off. "Oops! Sorry, folks!" |

Instead of getting homework done my older son is spending the majority of the time hitting refresh on the school closing website for the local news radio station to see if his school is closed. If he got his homework done then he'd have a free day to fool around tomorrow and if he didn't have off then he'd be already for tomorrow...
